Cancellation Policy

Diamondhead Resort and Echota Village Properties

This cancellation policy applies only to hotel rooms, cabins, bunkhouses, and RV reservations at Diamondhead Resort and Echota Village properties.

Guests who cancel their reservation at least 14 days before their scheduled reservation date are eligible for a full refund.

Guests who cancel within 14 days of their scheduled reservation date will be refunded the amount paid, less a 15% cancellation fee. Diamondhead Resort and Echota Village will retain 15% of the payment.

Cancellation timing is based on the scheduled reservation date, not the date the reservation was originally booked.

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Changes to reservation dates may be allowed when availability permits, but approval is not guaranteed. Any requested change made within 14 days of the scheduled reservation date may still be subject to this cancellation policy.

No-shows may be treated as cancellations within the 14-day cancellation window and may be subject to the same 15% retained payment.

This policy does not apply to float trips, event tickets, festival passes, merchandise, food and beverage purchases, or any other Diamondhead Resort or Echota Village products or services unless specifically stated elsewhere.

Diamondhead Resort and Echota Village reserve the right to review unusual circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions must be approved by management.
